  • Execute and close all sales calls to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sell in incremental displays and equipment placements, as well as promotional programs, to increase sales and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, company assets, and point of sale to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Communicate account activities to relevant parties to ensure effective collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Transport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising to ensure brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Build, change, and remove product displays, maintain product signage, and clean product space to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Act as an ambassador by providing exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel, answering questions, locating products, and providing assistance as needed.
  • Accountable for proper product rotation, identification of expired and/or damaged product, and ensuring proper credits are created for returns.

Requirements:

  • High School or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of general work experience; 1+ years of previous sales experience preferred.
  • Food/beverage industry experience a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer accounts, strong attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, proficient computer application skills, and ability to create and conduct sales presentations.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
