Account Manager Relief Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, increasing business through sales and product ordering, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and close all sales calls to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Sell in incremental displays and equipment placements, as well as promotional programs, to increase sales and revenue.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, company assets, and point of sale to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Communicate account activities to relevant parties to ensure effective collaboration and problem-solving.
- Transport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising to ensure brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Build, change, and remove product displays, maintain product signage, and clean product space to maintain a professional appearance.
- Act as an ambassador by providing exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel, answering questions, locating products, and providing assistance as needed.
- Accountable for proper product rotation, identification of expired and/or damaged product, and ensuring proper credits are created for returns.
Requirements:
- High School or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1+ years of general work experience; 1+ years of previous sales experience preferred.
- Food/beverage industry experience a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple customer accounts, strong attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent planning and organization skills, proficient computer application skills, and ability to create and conduct sales presentations.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
