Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling service calls, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, prioritize and coordinate scheduling of services, and communicate with customers and service technicians as needed.
  • Schedule Services: Use customer development techniques to solicit work through phone, email, mail, and personal customer contacts.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence, be clear, compelling, and personable, and respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.

Requirements

  • Inbound and Outbound Call Taking Experience: Required.
  • High School Diploma or GED: A minimum of 18 years old.
  • Reliability/Good Attendance: Strong work ethic, activity level, initiative, and integrity.
  • Positive Attitude: Think quickly and handle fast-paced situations, and be able to multi-task while completing tasks efficiently and correctly.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Check email, navigate certain software programs, Google Chat, Google Docs, etc.
