Job Overview

As an Alterations Customer Service Representative at David's Bridal, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and altering garments to perfection. Your responsibilities will include welcoming and serving customers, making appointments, answering phones, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickups.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats, and in person, communicating clearly and concisely, adapting style to suit customers by problem-solving, excellent phone skills, and resolving conflict.
  2. Use all systems to manage customer flow to deliver a five-star customer experience.
  3. Meet all service vows, including Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for all customers, and operational checklist tasks.
  4. Responsible for providing an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at once, contributing to the store's achievement of Five-Star Customer Service.
  5. Promote all alterations services and personalization options.
