Behavioral Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Care Coordinator to join our team at Adventures With Autism. In this role, you will work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized ABA therapy plans. The successful candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis and be able to adapt to the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and families to identify goals and objectives for ABA therapy.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using ABA principles.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and families throughout the therapy process.
Essential Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly valued.
Compensation: $34,080 per year
