Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Field incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues via case management, phone, email, web, and fax.
  • Provide specialized knowledge and services to customers, including return authorizations, order traces, complaint resolution, EDI setup/maintenance, website assistance, and credit card inquiries/payments.
  • Process return authorizations, issue return labels, track and trace customer orders, and assist with web registrations and inquiries.
  • Daily research and resolve customer complaints/issues assigned through Salesforce database, phone, email, and website.
  • Edit customer orders as requested by customers or sales, and perform other duties to promote customer satisfaction.
