Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Production Management Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Production Manager to supervise the milling department, which comprises a team of 9-10 employees. Your main focus will be to ensure that all equipment, materials, and processes function within established standards, addressing any discrepancies to achieve production objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the milling department.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes for safety and efficiency.
  • Support and lead your team to foster a productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with FSQA and Maintenance teams to enhance safety and quality measures.
Essential Skills

  • Proficient understanding of equipment and machinery.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
  • Experience with food safety initiatives and quality control certifications.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.

Work Environment

Flexibility for weekend and overtime work may be required.
