Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR management-level staff and perform a variety of tasks. This role will require you to both take direction and work intuitively to support the completion of the department's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by receiving and directing incoming calls, greeting and announcing clients, applicants, and visitors, and following security procedures for recording guests, suppliers, and other visitors.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients, undertaking tasks such as receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondences.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately, arranging meetings and appointments, and providing reminders.
  • Make travel arrangements, hotel, and dining arrangements as needed, and monitor office supplies, reordering when necessary.
  • Produce reports, develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system, and support the HR team in important HR tasks, projects, and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • High School degree; additional qualification as a personal assistant would be considered an advantage.
