Job Summary

Nexus HR Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality hospice care to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and lead a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Patient Care
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients and their families.
    • Conduct regular patient assessments to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to patients and their families.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care.
  • Compliance and Regulatory
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Georgia.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in hospice or home health care.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
