Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with Greenfield implementations.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruiting.
  • Over 8 years of experience in managing complex configurations within SuccessFactors HR.
  • Proficient in SuccessFactors and its integration with various ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and adaptability to changing technologies and client requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of the SuccessFactors platform throughout the organization.
  • Lead the design of the overall architecture, including interfaces, testing plans, test scripts, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements while adhering to industry best practices.
  • Facilitate the functional configuration and deployment of SuccessFactors in conjunction with multiple ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Infor.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge and experience with the SuccessFactors HR platform.
  • Develop test cases for functional requirements and demonstrate expertise in configuration.
  • Translate Business Functional Requirements into Technical Requirements and Solutions.
  • Guide the team in identifying dependencies, integrations, and configuration needs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation and diagrams for both on-premises and cloud-based systems.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, assess new integration tools and techniques, and propose enhancements to existing system integration processes and solutions.
