Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Comcast Spectacor. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide critical support to our internal clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for part-time and event staff. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work non-standard hours, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for part-time and event staff, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Manage and support payroll adjustments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking purposes, employee rosters, and reporting.
  • Provide general support functions, including sending updates for Labor Law postings, supply orders, and processing mail.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance, consistently demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
  • Regularly work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree and 0-2 years of relevant work experience in human resources or a related field. You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
