Account Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Development Executive to join our team at Formerra LLC. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in distribution, manufacturing, or account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
