Job Title: Account Executive - Education Sector

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Executive - Education Sector. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving the performance and success of your territory by executing a strategic sales plan to generate and develop business opportunities across schools and organizations in your area.

Your Role

You will work closely with athletic directors, coaches, educators, booster clubs, and their communities to establish relationships and maintain and grow existing business. This is a Full-Time position.

A Day in the Life
  • Grow business and achieve sales targets by developing, and executing a territory plan.
  • Earn credibility as an industry expert for athletic directors, coaches, group leaders, and administrators.
  • Understand customer objectives, and articulate relevant technology and industry trends.
  • Represent SnapMobile at events to influence sales opportunities.
  • Build and cultivate customer relationships at schools, districts, club sports.
  • Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the company's systems, including HubSpot.
  • To succeed in the role, you must complete daily and weekly sales activities, and your performance will be reviewed weekly.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Clean driving record.
Compensation

Base Salary: $40K + Commission, uncapped with average OTE of $70K - $175K in year one
