Salary and BenefitsOur competitive pay plans offer the potential to earn up to $150,000 annually. Additionally, you will be eligible for a hiring bonus of up to $5,000 based on your experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) and accrued vacation time.

Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Automotive Sales Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
- Providing timely follow-up and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Explaining product features, applications, and benefits to prospects.
- Determining each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
- Delivering vehicles to customers and ensuring they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Sales Consultant.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.
