Inside Sales/Business Development Role

We are expanding our Inside Sales/Business Development team at Abbott Interfast, a leading manufacturer and supplier of custom metal and standard fastener components since 1948.

This role involves coordinating multiple sales opportunities and account management activities. You will source new sales leads through cold calls and inbound lead follow-up using CRM software, understand customer requirements, and qualify prospects to determine sales potential.

Your key responsibilities will include actively participating in developing new accounts, generating sales quotes, handling customer inquiries, building rapport with prospects and customers, and negotiating pricing and following up on potential new and existing orders.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone and listening skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven sales experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
