Job Overview
AT&T is seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our elite team of sellers. As the face and voice of AT&T, you will be responsible for delivering customized, white glove experiences directly to customers' doors.

About the Role
This is a customer-facing position that requires strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively meet and surpass sales targets. You will work independently in the field, using a company-provided vehicle to meet with potential customers daily. Paid training will be provided to set you up for success.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $41,600 and $52,234, with uncapped commission opportunities that can increase earnings to $71,029 per year if all sales goals are met. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) plan participation and tuition reimbursement. Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave are also included.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need some prior sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets. A valid driver's license is also required, as you will be driving a company-provided vehicle. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline.
