We're looking for an exceptional Shift Lead to join our team in Chicago, IL. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for leading daily activities, ensuring efficient operations, and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform field tasks such as swapping batteries, rebalancing vehicles, and responding to on-demand requests
  • Address customer complaints via Zendesk and resolve issues or escalate to field technicians
  • Train new technicians on shift priorities, SOPs, and company systems
  • Maintain a well-organized warehouse, including proper battery cycling and vehicle placement
  • Assist with other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in leading or mentoring teams
  • Able to work varied shifts, primarily evenings and weekends
  • Exceptional communication and attention to detail
  • Passion for sustainable transportation and dockless scooter sharing
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs without assistance

Compensation: $20-$21 USD per hour. This estimate is based on market conditions and candidate qualifications.
