Our programs focus on building a critical mass of institutional leadership, public support, political will, and collective action for climate change mitigation and adaptation.

Job Description:

The Program Specialist reports directly to the Executive Director and collaborates across departments. This role requires a resourceful, creative, and collaborative individual who is passionate about our mission, a strong communicator and project manager, and highly proficient with various professional workflow and online applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partnership Project Management (40%): Partner management, new partnerships, and onboarding.
  2. Programs and Campaigns Support (40%): Project manage campaign plans, support program and campaign activities, facilitate content updates, and serve as backup support for key trainings and meetings.
  3. Network Department Operations Management (20%): Draft materials, track and report metrics, maintain cataloged documents, and manage inboxes.

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred; 2-4 years of related work experience
  • Superior project management skills, detail-oriented, proactive self-starter
  • Excellent writing, communications, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Assertive, creative & collaborative to anticipate and resolve challenges and business needs
  • Understanding of and passion for ecoAmerica's mission, climate/sustainability, and commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion
  • Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Zoom, Google Suite, Word Press, MacOS, and social media abilities

Salary: $50,000-$55,000/yr DOE (dependent on experience)
