Overview

L'Ardente, a part of Garden Hospitality, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dining room. This role ensures smooth service by managing the waitstaff, coordinating with the kitchen, resolving customer issues, maintaining quality standards, and providing a positive dining experience for guests.


Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, along with a bonus plan, free parking, access to a wellness facility, 10 days PTO after 90 days probation, and health benefits with up to 75% coverage.


Job Description

This Restaurant Operations Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Managing waitstaff and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Coordinating with the kitchen to maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery of dishes
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Supervising staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Restaurant Operations Supervisor at L'Ardente, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
