Job Summary

AHU Technologies Inc is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Network Operations Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in providing IT support services, including system and radio technology, dispatch operations, network system support and operations, subscriber radio and maintenance and support, and all other agency applications.

Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support to the 911/311 call floor, including reviewing daily checks of call floor workstations, testing software updates, troubleshooting software bugs, monitoring and escalating major system glitches, and providing end-user IT support.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, timelines, and reports.

You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations on trends and new technologies within the context of agency policies, plans, and management strategies.

Requirements
  • 6-10 years' experience managing and tracking program progress against the project plan in an enterprise environment.
  • 6-10 years' experience preparing status reports.
  • Experience working with mobile data computers.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.

The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
