The Sustainment Planning Center/War Room (PC/WR) Administrator will provide administrative support services for our client on site at the Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with NAVSEA Sustainment Planning Center/War Room tours and presentations;
  • Providing information for data calls and connecting stakeholders with relevant points of contact;
  • Researching Navy Sustainment systems and staying up-to-date on process changes and initiatives;
  • Developing and updating NSO PC/WR functional areas in collaboration with stakeholders;
  • Maintaining all NSO PC/WR files in shared drives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This position requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and three to five years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information. Data analytics experience, particularly with Power BI and Dashboards, is strongly preferred.

Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and have high attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments.
