We are seeking a skilled Assembler Technician to join our team at Intellyk Inc. As an Assembler Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and timeliness of our products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently assemble and test products to meet customer quality and delivery schedules.
- Perform lockwiring, first-stage subassembly, and final detailing functions on routine assignments requiring limited judgment.
- Contribute to lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Operate mechanical skills, hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures, and inspection measurement equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Record test results on data forms using basic electrical equipment and flow meters.
- Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, customer requirements, and quality directives.
- Produce and inspect assemblies that conform to product specifications, meeting customer and industry standards.
- Perform touch-up or full surface painting of parts with finishing materials such as paint, lacquer, glaze, etc. Mix paint and clean parts.
- Participate in lean initiatives by identifying and providing suggestions on areas for improvement.
- Maintain a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area and ensure all equipment is calibrated in accordance with the calibration schedule.
