Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at SMS. As an Outside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized businesses in the Middletown area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for daily sales appointments with business owners and presidents, focusing on marketing and securing Business Analysts Survey Agreements.
  • Direct 2-3 sales appointments daily, utilizing your expertise in developing relationships and uncovering client pain points.
  • Communicate effectively with Business Coordinators, sharing feedback and new business lead opportunities.
  • Review daily successes and challenges with your Sales Manager, seeking support as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of business ownership experience or three years of face-to-face direct sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but we will consider the right experience over a degree.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined, with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.
  • Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships, particularly with business owners and executives.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to uncover client pain points.
  • Ability to begin work immediately.

What We Offer:

  • This is a commission-only position with residual income and daily cash bonuses, offering realistic first-year earnings of $100K-$110K.
  • Potential to earn high six-figure commissions.
