Job Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager and BD Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the Japanese market and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve individual business development goals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the Japanese market
  • Upsell and cross-sell company solutions to existing customers
  • Manage pre-sales process, including pricing, proposals, and coordination with others
  • Learn and enhance demonstration skills and values of Dynamics ERP and IT infrastructure

Requirements:

  • B.S. degree in business, economics, computer science or equivalent
  • 2+ years outside business development or sales experience
  • Native level Japanese language (reading/written and verbal)
  • Good command of English language (reading/written and verbal)
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong business pipeline
