About the Role

At Pepco Sales Of Dallas, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with top engineers and mechanical/commercial contractors in your territory.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Prospect and establish relationships with key decision-makers at engineer and contractor organizations.
  • Create product programs and specifications that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Utilize CRM platforms to track projects, manage relationships, and close deals.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and continuously improve your sales skills.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or comparable industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
