Account Management Representative

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Operations Account Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing quality service, and driving business growth.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mortgage origination or correspondent lending, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of up to 30 clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
- Review and analyze loan documents, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
