Overview
The Technical Support Specialist I at Corsica Technologies, LLC is essential in delivering prompt and effective remote assistance to clients. The primary goal is to reduce downtime and swiftly address technical challenges faced by clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, categorize, and prioritize incidents and basic requests, focusing on Inbound Call Management.
- Diagnose and resolve issues to restore client services efficiently.
- Execute low-risk, user-requested modifications.
- Adhere to established standard operating procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the team and escalate concerns as needed.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies through ongoing education.
- Maintain and update system documentation and incident records.

Work Environment
Work is conducted in a climate-controlled office utilizing standard office equipment and specialized tools and software.
Travel Requirements
Minimal travel is expected.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 20 pounds, sit for extended periods, and occasionally bend, lift, and drive.
Position Type and Hours
This is a part-time role, with up to 32 hours per week, featuring variable shift schedules.
