Key Responsibilities
  • IT System Support: Provide timely and effective support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our IT systems, including configuration, operation, and monitoring.
  • User Assistance: Offer assistance to users in accessing and utilizing our IT systems, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex problems to senior technical staff as needed.
  • System Optimization: Analyze system performance and optimize resource utilization to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including agency management and internal customers, to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance: Possess an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
  • Technical Expertise: Minimum of five years of experience as a System Administrator, with a strong background in IT infrastructure, network administration, and technical support.
  • Certifications: Hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience, with certifications such as CWIP Certified IAT II or higher and Security+ CE or equivalent.
