About the Role

Verinext is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to represent our suite of end-to-end IT solutions and services to customers in the market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with new prospects, developing account strategies, closing contracts, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a Strong Understanding of Verinext's Solution and Service Offerings
  • Create and execute sales strategy by identifying customer needs and selling the appropriate technology solutions.
  • Develop New Business Opportunities
    • Cold calling and in-person meetings
    • Vendor events and client lunches
  • Maintain a Targeted Understanding of Customers' Business
  • Establish customer needs and craft positive relationships to effectively drive sales and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Staff and Pre-Sales Specialists
  • Work with delivery staff and pre-sales specialists when necessary to address customer requirements.
  • Develop and Maintain Territory Plans
  • Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis.
  • Participate in Scheduled Business Events
  • Participate in scheduled business events to create and expand vendor and client relationships.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of IT sales experience, including experience within at least (2) of the following specialties: Network Security, Automation, Data Analytics, Infrastructure, Storage, Cloud, Professional Services, or Managed Services
  • Previous working relationship with at least one of Verinext's strategic partners
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Ability to comfortably articulate Verinext's value to prospects
  • Outstanding Presentation Skills
  • Ability to maintain an executive presence during all client interactions
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field
