Administrative Coordinator to the Chief Revenue Officer

At Stonebrook Exterior, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and team members. As a leader in the exterior solutions industry, we're seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CRO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact for inquiries and communications directed to the CRO.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up notes.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to support administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Handle expense reports, budgeting, and other financial paperwork.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably supporting executive leadership.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
