Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Producer to join our team as a Sales and Account Management Expert. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and its regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine clients' insurance requirements.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and present insurance policy options to clients.
- Prepare and deliver customized insurance quotes and proposals.
- Assist clients with the application process and ensure accurate and timely completion of necessary documentation.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Licensed in Property and Casualty prior to start of employment.
- Licensed in Life and Health within 90 days of employment.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Acord forms, and other relevant insurance platforms.
