Business Development Executive

A key role has become available at Family First, a dynamic organization dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for aging loved ones. As a Business Development Executive, you will be the face of our company in the community, building strong relationships with referral sources and generating business opportunities. This is a full-time position based in Spokane, WA, with regular travel required.
The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree and 2+ years of experience in business development, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online meeting tools is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-75,000 annually, plus uncapped commissions based on successful achievement of KPIs.
