About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospital. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizing the productivity of our veterinary medical team, and ensuring exceptional client care and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service to clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and friendly experience.
  • Flow Management: Actively recruit new clients, promote hospital services, and route the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative functions, including maintaining accurate balances, utilizing proper opening and closing procedures, and conducting other tasks as assigned.
  • Client Education: Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, pet health needs, and hospital services, promoting a culture of wellness and preventive care.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, veterinarians, and support staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Customer Focus: Prioritize client satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience for all clients and their pets.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, veterinarians, and support staff.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
