Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests in both the dining room and banquet settings; take orders and serve food and beverages with precision.
  • Communicate daily specials and promotions to guests, providing insightful recommendations and addressing inquiries.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of menu items, including both food and specialty alcoholic beverages.
  • Process bills, handle payments, and operate POS systems while adhering to strict cash handling protocols.
  • Ensure the server area is kept clean and organized at all times.
  • Execute opening and closing duties as required.
  • Follow safe food and beverage handling practices and cleanliness standards consistently.
  • Comply with quality standards and the restaurant's operational procedures.
  • Engage in the company's social media initiatives by sharing promotional content on personal accounts, if applicable.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Previous server experience is required, with a preference for fine dining experience.
  • Food handling and alcohol awareness training is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
