Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the loaner vehicle process with advisors and clients
  • Perform audits to maintain inventory and vehicle location verification
  • Notify advisors of adverse loaner condition or extensive time on loan
  • Provide and promote the Subaru Love Promise at every available opportunity with clients and staff
  • Warmly welcome and greet all service clients in a timely manner in the main service drive
  • Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of their mechanical problems and service needs
  • Ask questions and test drive client cars to provide technicians with essential information
  • Accurately record maintenance and/or repairs needed and convey to technician
  • Process extended warranty claims for clients
  • Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and return phone, email, and text messages promptly
  • Proactively communicate potential issues with customers, management, and other departments to provide the best possible customer experience

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Clean driving record and insurable
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
