Job Opportunity

Corenic Construction Group, a leading construction company in Washington, DC, is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the President of the organization. This is a critical role that requires exceptional administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the President, including drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage the President's email inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-up on important matters.
  • Coordinate external meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing materials and documentation.
  • Assist the President with research, data analysis, and special projects as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the Executive Office, including managing files, records, and confidential information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, plus a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other productivity software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.
