Rebate Analyst

At Sonepar, we're committed to empowering our employees to drive growth and innovation. As a Rebate Analyst, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to secure unrealized margin opportunities across our footprint.

• Identify and analyze data to pinpoint areas for profit improvement through comprehensive data analytics.
• Collaborate with sales leaders, executive staff, and operations teams to recapture missed margin opportunities.
• Analyze current Special Pricing Agreement (SPA) offerings by vendor and customer to develop margin improvement plans.
• Develop and implement strategies for negotiation with vendors to secure the best possible prices.
• Lead and monitor post-sale margin mining initiatives at the area level, providing actionable feedback to commercial teams to improve margin.
• Design and deliver field-level tools and training to ensure all client accounts are attached to available SPAs.

• Four-year bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of direct experience in a data analytics role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze data efficiently.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Competitive salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year.
