Corenic Construction Group, a leading construction company in Washington, DC, is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join their corporate office. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team by executing marketing activities efficiently and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create marketing materials, including brochures, announcements, invitations, and forms
  • Support the marketing department's initiatives by planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs, such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
  • Coordinate marketing and community events, including logistics, registrations, vendor management, itineraries, and marketing collateral
  • Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management
  • Assist in developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs, internal and external newsletters, and public relations efforts
  • Support the proposal production process by compiling, editing, and assembling final documents for delivery, verifying and formatting proposal information, and supporting the development of high-quality proposal responses
  • Create engaging text, image, and video content
  • Edit and format company resumes
  • Provide external support at industry events, speaking to Corenic's capabilities and business verticals
  • Carry out marketing activities, including maintaining current website information, social media posts, community and volunteer activities, corporate branding, image-wear, and promotional items with the Administrative and Marketing team
  • Design posts to sustain readers' curiosity and create buzz around new services
  • Oversee social media accounts' layout
  • Organize/coordinate pre, during, and post-job pictures
  • Review proposals prior to submission to ensure they are in line with Corenic standard guidelines, error-free, and contain all required components
  • Plan and coordinate with the Estimating team to layout process for bid submission and obtain necessary information for bids, including timelines and due dates
  • Assist the administrative team with tasks such as mail handling and postage, snack and coffee replenishing, answering phones and greeting guests/visitors, FedEx and shipping, and inventory
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting a marketing team
  • Prior experience with marketing tools and software
  • Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, or content creation
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software desired
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies
