About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, People Operations & Experience to join our team at Wondery LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping and reinforcing our company culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute our people strategy, aligning it with our long-term business objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and track headcount needs, job duties, qualifications, and skills across the organization.
  • Design and implement programs that drive employee engagement, boost employee morale, and foster a positive culture within the company.
  • Develop and maintain effective systems and processes to support key people functions, including onboarding, employee recognition, learning and development, and communication.
  • Manage our Operating Rhythm Calendar and lead change management initiatives to support the organization through periods of growth and evolution.
  • Collaborate with program partners and key stakeholders to develop and execute communications outputs and program mechanisms.
  • Develop mechanisms to track the success of programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Tax to coordinate expansion efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and inform business decisions.
  • Proven track record of owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives in internal or external communications, employee experience, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and team culture.
  • Passion for podcasts and content creation.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Slack.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and apply employee engagement best practices and create a positive environment for employees.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with experience presenting complex analyses and developing relevant content for a diverse, remote, and mobile workforce.
