The Executive Director of Security Operations and Technology will provide strategic leadership and direction for Sony Pictures' security operations and technology groups. This critical role is responsible for an operating and CAPEX budget of approximately $6.5 million annually and ensures adherence to internal controls.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and support for Sony Pictures' Director of Security Operations.
- Lead the Security Technology Group (STG) in implementing enterprise-wide physical security and safety technology programs.
- Collaborate with Security Technology Group (STG) and the Sony Pictures 24/7 Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to ensure effective collaboration and integration.
- Implement data metric reporting to improve decision making, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with Global Sony Corporate Policies, SPE Policies, International jurisdictional authorities, and other applicable standards.
- 10+ years of management experience in the entertainment industry.
- 5+ years of experience managing guard force/security operations.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Knowledge of crisis management, incident command structure, industry trends, products, and services, security risk management principles, and general construction practices.
- Leadership acumen to create and build effective teams.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strategic thinking across multiple systems.
- Strong technical base with understanding of security/fire related hardware, software APIs, various database formats, and automation systems.
- Vendor management and quality control.
- Strong communication skills, including interpersonal and cultural competency.
- Public speaking and presentation.

- Demonstrated change agility to improve organizational effectiveness.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $203,100-$282,500. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits.
