Executive Level Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Level Support Engineer to join our team at Apex Systems. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our executive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage level 3 support issues for executive team members, providing direction and training to support team members handling L1 and L2 requests.
- Develop processes with new and existing technology to ensure seamless execution.
- Determine hardware and software configurations that best serve business requirements.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Define technical requirements for applications and processes, designing system requirements based on use cases.
- Develop system configurations based on user and business specifications, documenting new processes for internal and client purposes.
- Proactively address concerns from the team you support, providing solutions to meeting room and event meeting issues onsite and offsite.
- Prioritize and maintain issue logs in Service Now for supported staff, coordinating frequent communication with executive team members.
- Manage expectations with executives and executive administrators, providing white-glove support to executives in A/V rooms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support executives, acting and presenting yourself as extremely professional.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom, and Visio.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to work occasionally outside business hours to support security incident response, project work, or maintenance window activities.
- Experience in responding with the highest level of professionalism in stressful, urgent situations.
- Technical understanding of IT networks, Audio/Video rooms, and IT applications.
- Proficient in computer-related AV applications, systems, and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and analytic, problem-solving skills.
- Impeccable confidentiality, attention to detail, and self-organization.
- Self-directed and motivated with a positive and willing attitude.
