Job Title: Middle Market Account Executive

Aon Hewitt is seeking a highly skilled Middle Market Account Executive to join our Health Solutions team in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on risk and human capital solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and support
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed advice and guidance to clients
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales and service, with a focus on health and benefits
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and client satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
