Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in building our middle market business through the broker distribution channels for Medical, Group Insurance, and Specialty products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities to ensure profitable customers and drive business growth through consultative selling, issue resolution, and superior service.
  • Ensure product, pricing, and services meet client needs while meeting Aetna revenue growth and profit objectives.
  • Manage and build producer relations.
  • Identify opportunities to partner with clients by drawing from the full spectrum of product lines, illustrating a keen understanding of client needs and benefits of Aetna's full product array.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and/or external constituents to uncover profitable growth and cross-sell opportunities within new or existing customers and support post-sale activities.
  • Coordinate sales materials, testimonials, and subject matter expert involvement in support of successful constituent presentations. Participate and lead constituent meetings, including final presentations.
Requirements
  • 1-5+ years of industry and sales experience, depending on business segment being supported and products and services being sold.
  • Must be able to commute within the market.
  • Health & Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Proficiency with desktop software applications, such as email, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Salesforce.
  • Persuasive presentation skills demonstrating value.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
  • Plan Benefit experience.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Prior Health carrier experience.
  • Brokerage experience.
