Front Desk Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Shaner Hotel Group. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Job Responsibilities- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and seamless check-in/check-out processes.
- Supervise and train front desk staff to meet hotel standards.
- Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, and availability.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as payment processing and cash handling.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
