About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Support Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the help desk support operation, providing guidance to technical personnel, and resolving complex technical issues. Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, based on industry standards and comparable positions in the area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the Information Technology help desk support operation.
  • Provide guidance to help desk and desktop technical personnel.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve complex technical hardware/software problems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Four years of experience in an Information Technology operational unit.
  • At least three years of experience with an information technology help desk or operational support unit.
