Job Summary:

The Front Desk Representative is responsible for providing exceptional patient service, scheduling appointments, and handling payment collections. This individual must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Patient Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments as requested from providers, patients, telephone encounters, or actions
  • Patient Check-In: Greet patients upon arrival, provide necessary forms, and assist with completion or Kiosk check-in process
  • Patient Payment: Collect required documentation for payment assistance programs, inform patients of current account balances, and collect payments
Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience: Prior experience preferred but not required
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work flexible hours, and fluency in Spanish and English (preferred)
