Front Desk Operations Manager

Crescent Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front office team. This role is responsible for maximizing revenues, profits, and guest satisfaction while maintaining optimal levels of service quality. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate associates, and experience in implementing company programs and procedures.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our hotels are located in various parts of the country, with opportunities to advance your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and maximize revenue growth
- Implement company programs and procedures to maintain high levels of quality service and hospitality
- Respond to guests' special requests, needs, and concerns while accommodating groups to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction
- Remain calm and alert during emergency situations and serve as a role model for clerks and other employees
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Experience in supervising front desk staff and implementing company programs
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
- Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform behind the front desk
