Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in our food and beverage operations.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a high level of service, and that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Support food and beverage operations, including setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and cleaning work areas
  • Manage menu information and ensure accuracy
  • Work effectively in a team environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience required, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Estimated Salary Range: $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on location and experience
