Hotel Guest Services Supervisor

Shaner Hotel Group is seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to oversee the front desk operations at our Newark Liberty International Airport location.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent guest service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas.
- Present guest folios and process payments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
