Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Construction Installation Lead to oversee local installation operations at our KONE branch. This role is pivotal in managing teams on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and fostering a culture of learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team on construction sites, coordinating with multiple subcontractors.
  • Prioritize and implement safety guidelines to protect your team and the work environment.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.
  • Effectively manage project schedules and monitor team performance.
  • Collaborate with various organizational levels to meet business objectives.
  • Embrace new technologies and encourage team adaptation.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant construction experience.
  • Supervisory experience, preferably with a union-represented workforce.
  • A background in building systems and code requirements.
  • An associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
