Position Overview:

  • Support the estimation process, including pre-bid assessments, quantity take-offs, and soliciting sub-bids.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure effective project management.
  • Provide weekly updates on installed quantities for productivity analysis.
  • Execute document control protocols and assemble submittal packages with shop drawings.
  • Monitor material status and update the project punch list accordingly.
  • Analyze productivity reports and recommend enhancements.
  • Coordinate sub-bid requests and secure necessary resources.
  • Assist in the daily management of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation for additional work and the completion of 'As Built' drawings.
  • Support project closeout processes and financial management activities.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera software.
  • Experience with BIM, GradeBeam, and Bluebeam is advantageous.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to interpret plans, execute tasks, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Understanding of construction processes and scheduling methodologies.
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction sector.
